The location is fantastic. Easy access to attractions and close to the tram. I enjoyed the beautiful city views from my window. The staff were friendly and organized my airport transfers smoothly.

The property is well-maintained and quaint and the staff is very caring. The units are lovely, neat. The breakfast with local dishes and great coffee, for example is rich for what is offered. The location is central, really close to historic center, Right in the centre of the old town a short walk to tramline, and the coast from Canakkale. Would recomand this hotel, enjoyed our stay here: )

I stayed for 6 nights in a Standard Double room. The location is perfect, close to all major attractions and transport. The staff provided excellent service and were very accommodating. Breakfast had delicious local options. Room cleanliness was consistently great 🏨

We arranged a drive to the airport through the hotel and it never showed up, but one of the hotel staff was super nice and drove us to the airport!!!
The air conditioner in the room stopped working part way through our stay. We told the staff about it, but nothing was done about it.

The location is fantastic, walking distance to almost all the main tourist attractions. We do not spend single cent for tram to go to the main attractions. Room is always clean when we were back to the room.

I was disappointed with the breakfast quality. It could have been replenished better. The dining area was often unkempt. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing these issues, leading to a frustrating dining experience.

Had a varied breakfast with great coffee and also local dishes. The location of the hotel was unbeatable and magnificent - within a close distance from a historic mosque👍
